He brings more than 11 years of experience in hospitality operations, revenue management and advisory, supporting developers, investment funds and operators across the GCC and international markets.
Konstantinos provides food and beverage consultancy across MENA, with expertise in F&B master planning and feasibility, expansion strategies, tenant placement and restaurant concept development. He combines operational knowledge with financial modelling and market analysis to optimise the number, type and positioning of F&B outlets within masterplans and existing destinations.
His hospitality and leisure consultancy experience spans mixed-use developments, shopping centres, retail destinations, food halls and specialist F&B projects. Before joining Knight Frank in 2024, Konstantinos managed F&B operations and ancillary revenues at Atlantis - The Palm and subsequently advised on restaurant development, feasibility studies and master planning at JLL.
