Onzie Jones is a Partner at Knight Frank and Head of Property & Asset Management, MENA. With more than 20 years of experience, he has managed infrastructure, property and facilities across major government, commercial and mixed-use developments in the Middle East and international markets.
Onzie leads property and asset management across MENA, advising clients on strategic planning, portfolio performance and operational delivery. His expertise includes strategic portfolio management, facilities management procurement and the mobilisation of large and complex property portfolios.
Before joining Knight Frank in 2022, Onzie held senior operational roles with Halliburton KBR, where he led global contingency operations and facilities programmes supporting major US government agencies.

• Mobilised and implemented property and asset management contracts covering portfolios of more than 300 assets.
• Provided advisory and operational leadership for King Salman Park, Downtown Dubai, Louvre Abu Dhabi, King Abdullah Economic City, Dubai International Financial Centre and waterfront developments in Sharjah.
• Led major contingency and facilities programmes for Halliburton KBR, supporting the US Army, Navy, Air Force, State Department, Department of Energy, USAID and National Institutes of Health.
