Oussama El Kadiri is a Partner at Knight Frank and Head of Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure Advisory, MENA. A chartered surveyor with more than 14 years of experience across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, he leads the firm’s hospitality, tourism and leisure advisory across MENA.
Oussama advises public and private sector clients on hotel asset management and valuation, hospitality feasibility studies and tourism strategy, and operator search and selection. His expertise also covers hotel management agreements, transaction advisory, capital and debt raising, and the strategic positioning of hospitality and mixed-use developments.
His sector experience includes MICE and branded residence advisory, health and wellness tourism, entertainment, retail and residential assets. Before joining Knight Frank in 2024, Oussama headed hotel development in the Middle East for international operators including Accor and Radisson Hotel Group.
